Noli Studios Mokotów. Sustainable Parking Lot for a Co-Living Facility

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

✅ The following case study presents the implementation of Navipay, Scan to Pay, and cyfrowyparking.pl/en booking for Noli Studios Mokotów parking lot in Warsaw by Naviparking. 

✅ Noli Studios aimed to make their parking lot eco-friendly and sustainable, in line with their overall mission. They needed a serviceless parking solution and a parking lot that generates revenue not only thanks to the hotel guests but also to clients from outside.

✅ To meet the client’s goal, Naviparking proposed the implementation of Navipay and Scan to Pay for the parking lot and its integration with CAME hardware.

✅ The Noli Studios Mokotów parking lot was also added to the website cyfrowyparking.pl/en to invite more external users to make reservations and purchase subscriptions at the facility.

✅ Cooperation with Noli Studios became a great opportunity to increase recognition of the Naviparking brand which can also be considered as a PR achievement.

 

The Noli Studios Mokotów, located at Postępu 24 Street in Warsaw, is an aparthotel that offers a modern co-living experience. Noli Studios has seven hotels in Finland. The one in Warsaw, Poland is their first hotel abroad. The hotel in Mokotów features 18 rooms and a variety of amenities, including a gym, coworking spaces, saunas, and shared bicycles. It also enables its guests to organize social events. The two-level underground parking lot has 91 spaces available 24/7 for both hotel guests and the public. The Noli Studios hotel is conveniently situated near public transport, shops, services, the Westfield Mokotów shopping mall, and the business center Domaniewska Street. It is also a 10-minute drive from Chopin Airport.  

Identified challenges and needs. Objectives to be achieved

The new hotel in Mokotów had no parking management system, so the administrators sought a sustainable, staff-free solution to generate extra revenue from visits of both hotel guests and external clients.   The objectives on the client’s and Naviparking’s side were clear: increase the hotel’s revenue, attract more tourists and locals to use the hotel parking lot, and provide convenient payment options for its users.

Solution for Noli Studios: Navipay and Scan to Pay 

Naviparking signed a contract with Noli Studios while the Noli hotel was under construction. We provided a complete solution, including in-house software integrated with hardware from the company’s partner CAME.   To address the previously defined needs Naviparking decided to deploy the following software:
1️⃣ Navipay: an application that allows drivers to pay parking fees with their phone and enter the parking lot. Other benefits include real-time parking status updates, automatic entrance and exit processes, and one‑click payments with various providers.
2️⃣ Scan to Pay: an application that enables quick online payments via QR codes without the need for a separate app. Payments are made directly on a secure, dedicated website, ensuring a seamless and safe transaction process.
3️⃣ Cyfrowyparking.pl/en: a multilingual platform offering parking reservation and subscription services with payment in advance.

As for the hardware, the equipment was provided by CAME.   The Noli Studios Mokotów parking lot also offers an alternative payment method through a terminal at the exit, supplied by an external company.

Obtained results

The Noli Studios parking lot in Warsaw has witnessed a remarkable increase in popularity and usage in recent months. From December 2023 to January 2024, visits doubled, demonstrating a significant surge in interest. This fact highlights a consistent growth trajectory for the parking lot over the first half of the year.   Naviparking played a big role in this success by digitizing the Noli Studios Mokotów parking lot, showcasing their capability to deliver tailored solutions. The digitization included comprehensive features such as pre‑booking, payments, and on-site systems, all seamlessly integrated into the parking facility. Naviparking's authorial software is scalable and can be efficiently implemented at other locations.

The team demonstrated a proactive and adaptable approach by addressing Noli’s specific needs, managing additional configurations with CAME, and creating solutions like a personalized reservation module. This meticulous customization has made the Noli Studios parking lot one of the top revenue‑generating locations in Naviparking’s portfolio in a very short time.   To further increase user numbers, Naviparking has planned targeted actions, including reaching out to local potential clients such as offices and apartment buildings, and offering discounts to promote the Noli parking lot. The client now benefits from a fully functional, modern parking facility backed by comprehensive promotional support. Naviparking is also planning a series of promotional videos and podcasts featuring representatives from Noli Studios to further boost visibility and attract more users.   Although this was Naviparking's first project in a co-living facility, their extensive experience in the hospitality sector ensured a smooth and effective implementation process. The project provided an opportunity to simultaneously develop software, hardware, and marketing components, enhancing the overall execution. Naviparking continues to collaborate with Noli Studios, deploying new solutions like app-controlled EV chargers.

The successful implementation of these measures underscores Naviparking's commitment to providing effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. 

Working with Noli Studios on their PMS has been a rewarding experience that showcases our expertise in the hospitality sector. Naviparking software clearly demonstrates that our vision for parking lots aligns with our clients' needs. This collaboration has not only enhanced the functionality and revenue potential of Noli Studios's parking lot but also strengthened our commitment to providing top-notch, client-focused solutions.
