The goal was to monetize unused parking spots, improve customer satisfaction and enable the administrators of the facility to have full insight into the data about traffic at the parking lot.
GTC UBP Łódź struggled with deficiency of control over the use of parking spots by the tenants and deficiency of external clients who could maximize revenue from the facility.
The parking lot gained an updated version of the API. Thanks to this drivers obtained a possibility to book parking spots, on-line payments, contactless entry and exit.
